Nkud.com reserves the right to review links both free and paid, and can decline links for any reasons or if the suggested link might violate Nkud.com’s Terms of Use in anyway. We will credit in full any funds paid by submissions that do not meet our required standards for inclusion.

Removal from Directory

Nkud.com reserves the right to remove any member and member's sites from the directory or deny any and all listings into the directory if we feel that the member has violated our Terms of Use.

Nkud.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse, edit or remove any posting by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Nkud.com directory at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Prohibited Activities

Refunds and Credits

Nkud.com reserves the right to refund or credit a member's account at our discretion the fair monetary value of the remainder of the member’s unused services. Nkud.com will credit in full any funds paid by members whose submissions do not meet our required standards for inclusion.
