Description
This is a 32 LED red light therapy device, Charge for about 2 hours, can use about 6 treatments. Science shows some benefits for a few specific uses. It is not the miracle cure like many other sellers claimed. Mechanism of action: The penetration depth of red light is moderate (up to a few millimeters under the skin), and it is mainly absorbed by mitochondria, generating more ATP (cellular energy), thereby accelerating cell proliferation.
There are possible positive effects from the regular us of oral red light gum therapy device:
- It may help in wound healing: For oral ulcers and surgical wounds on the gums (such as bleeding points after teeth cleaning, post-pulpectomy flap surgery), red light can significantly accelerate tissue regeneration and wound closure. It is confirmed by the fact, that the same 620 nm wavelength is also used in wound healing clinics and dermatology, because gum tissue and skin fibroblasts respond very similarly to photobiomodulation.
- In many cases red light relieves inflammation: Several studies show that red light mouth therapy can reduce inflammation and bleeding in gums when used with standard periodontal treatment. A meta-analysis of periodontal treatments found that adding photo-biomodulation improved gingival wound healing compared with treatment alone. Often red light-based therapy may help by reducing bacterial activity and inflammation in gum pockets.
- Improving blood circulation is another possible effect: Dilates blood vessels, increases blood supply and oxygen supply to the gum tissue, and improves the color of the gums.
How to Use It: You can directly shine red light on the wound or sensitive areas or use it in combination with related functional products.
Important Note: If someone already has good dental hygiene, red light might provide an additional benefit. But if gums are unhealthy, cleaning and plaque control matter far more.
